Who are you?

I am Federico Guerrieri and I’m passionate about supporting local and transnational initiatives aimed at producing a positive societal change.

On which project are you currently working on?

Since Fall 2015 I have been working to set up Otherwhere, a social innovation agency supporting organizations in reaching their desired destination. Together with my cofounder Ruben (another Le Phare’s Sailor) we design and support campaigns that will make you climb the highest mountains; we build communities larger and stronger than the oldest mountain chains; and we facilitate organizational development processes that will make you impact entire continents, as powerful as even the smallest volcano.

What do you like to do when you are not working?

I like practicing and watching sports, going to the cinema and art museums, as well as discovering new places.
