Who are you?

I’m Leen Vandereyken a creative writer (Dutch). I’ve written 5 children and young adult books under my own name and i’m also working as a ghostwriter.
If all goes well my first script for a short movie will be filmed this year.

On which project are you currently working on?

I’m working on a novel, but this time for grown ups and a ghostwriting project called ‘Kattenoog’, it is a horror mystery for children based on a tv-serie also called ‘Kattenoog’.

What do you like to do when you are not working?

Reading, going to the movies, watching tv-series, hot yoga and travelling.

A quote, a poem, an advice, which follows you everywhere?

My horoscope is Gemini, i can’t have just 1 quote or poem or advice, but i find this a funny and a motivated quote: ‘You have as many hours in a day as Beyoncé’.

How do you feel at Le Phare?

Le Phare is a vibrant place and i like it a lot, it’s perfect for me because it’s close to my home and there is no distraction, except the view 😉
